prep
No need to do any work to your files, our prep lab employees have experience prepping documents with staples, clips or in binders. We will sort all your documents and prepare them to be scanned.
scanning
The software we utilize contains automated image quality enhancement, which will enhance each document and make the images look cleaner and more readable, which is especially noticeable for degraded photocopies.
indexing
The following options are available for document indexing:
- File name based index
- Multi-field database index
You can choose the number of fields, length of fields and type of fields for indexing.
retrieval
You can choose what type of file your images will be. The files can be formatted to any of the following types:
- TIFF-IV
- JPEG
The scanned images can be retrieved in any of the following formats:
- Removable hard drive
- Archive grade optical media (CD/DVD data)
- Secure web hosting
